Good intentions don’t always produce good follow through for someone with ADHD.
In fact, you can have the best of intentions, but if you don’t back it up with follow through, nothing gets done except frustrating yourself and others.
Staying on task can be as easy as climbing Mt. Everest, but being distracted by shiny objects as easy as chewing gum.
