How One Man Turned A Mental Health Crisis Into Helping Others With Justin Hayes
Justin has over 17 years of international business and marketing experience across a variety of industries including steel, electric, and healthcare. He has used his knowledge and expertise to help improve and grow businesses, as well as help, develop marketing programs, create products, and build customer relationships.
But Justin is more than just an experienced business professional – he is also an entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and author.
Justin is the founder of Voices for Voices, an organization dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and mental illness. His advocacy is deeply personal, as he himself lives with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and he is on the autism spectrum.
In his autobiography, “Prescription for Living”, Justin shares his story of mental illness, resilience, and recovery. He offers advice and encouragement to readers to strive for mental wellness, empowering them to take control of their lives and find the courage to ask for help.
Justin’s story of resilience and strength is an inspiration to all of us. Through his advocacy, he is helping to erase the stigma of mental illness and encouraging us to be kinder to ourselves and to those around us.
Justin’s journey of success and triumph is a testament to the power of the human spirit and a reminder that it is possible to overcome even the most challenging obstacles.
