My name is Justin Alan Hayes, MBA. I have 17+ years of professional international Business and Marketing experience in a variety of industries including the steel, electric, health care and consumer packaged goods industries. Additionally, I am an entrepreneur (The House of You®) and mental health and inclusion advocate (founder of 501c3 nonprofit Voices for Voices). I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and mental illness. This is because I am a person who is living with mental illness, major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and low spectrum autism. Teaching is a passion of mine to which I have taught undergraduate and graduate Marketing courses at Walsh University for the past 8 years.
